Watch the 2009 Basketball Hall of Fame Enshrinement live from Symphony Hall at Springfield on September 11. The high-profile enshrinement class 2009 includes basketball players Michael Jordan, David Robinson and John Stockton who has a successful NBA careers and coaches Jerry Sloan and C. Vivian Stringer. The 2009 induction ceremony will mark the 50th anniversary for the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
The inductees were asked to select a previous inductee to serve as a presenter at Friday’s ceremony at Springfield, Mass. Michael Jordan has chosen David Thompson, a North Carolina State swingman who led the team to the national finals in 1974. John Stockton chosen Isiah Thomas who is also one of the best point guards in NBA history like him. David Robinson went with Larry Brown, his first NBA coach, and fellow San Antonio Spurs Hall of Famer George Gervin. Jerry Sloan aked Charles Barkley and C. Vivian Stringer asked John Chaney.
